In accordance with A.R.S. §15-903(E), as amended by Laws 2018, Ch. 285, §10, a local educational agency’s (LEA) budget must include the prominent display of the average salary of all teachers employed by the district or charter for the budget and prior years, and the increase in the average salary of all teachers employed by the district or charter for the budget year reported in dollars and percentage.

- Average salary of all teachers employed in FY 2021 (prior year): $52,923

Teachers include the Prop 301definition of teacher; salaries include all base pay amounts and all Prop 301 payments.
Traditionally, insurance benefits costs for all eligible staff (including medical, dental, vision, and life) have been fully covered by the District. Any increases to these benefits costs from year to year are not a part of the calculation above. For FY 2021 the total amount of these costs are $8,750 per staff member.
